HARTFORD FILM SHOWCASE
The Hartford Film Showcase is a one-day event, highlighting some of the best filmmaking talent in the Hartford area. Hosted at Cinestudio on Saturday, February 7th, the event will be free and open to the public.

Filmmakers interested in showcasing a feature film, series, or short film at the showcase can submit their work for free using the forms below. Selected short films or series will receive a $250 screening fee, and feature films will receive a $750 screening fee. There will also be a short screenplay competition, where a panel of judges will select one script to receive $500 towards production.
The Hartford Film Showcase is put on by The Hartford Film Foundation and is made possible by the support of the Greater Hartford Arts Council.

SHORT FILMS
Runtime of 60 minutes of less
Selected films recently shot in the Hartford area will recieve a $250 screening fee.
SCREENPLAY COMPETITION
30 pages or less
Prize: $500 toward production

Must be at least one of the following:
•Be set in the city of Hartford, or capable of being filmed in Hartford
•Be written by a Hartford resident or someone with strong ties to Hartford
